My art sessions with Charlotte helped me to clarify how grief from an early age was impacting on my life. She identified my experience of ‘complex grief’ and then through clay and picture making I began to heal the unreolved aspects of my younger self. I found more peace and purpose. Now I am training as a counseller and working with young people to help them.
