Meditation Monday aims to connect you to your “Mmm” right at the start of the week.

Join me via Live Zoom for a meditation and body relaxation session every Monday to relax and harmonise your mind, body and spirit.

What do you need to join?

Simply prepare a place to sit where your posture can be upright and supported with cushions. Allow yourself time in a place where you won't be disturbed, be comfortable in loose clothing and be open to receive in a safe and guided space.

If you wish to lit a candle to mark the opening of your meditation space then I invite you to purchase a beeswax candle for regular use as these are much better for your home environment.
