My hopes were very much met during the workshop, I would even go further and say that it exceeded my expectations.

Charlotte is passionate about facilitating creative sacred space and to motivate others to enquire into their lives.

For over a decade she has supported self development, problem solving, building self esteem and wellbeing in its widest spectrum of mind, body and soul; all made accessible through the healing use of art and imagination. Charlotte's belief is that we all have deep and untapped resources that, given the right opportunity can be developed and understood in very direct and practical ways!

The healing power of images and image making

...is rooted in the fact that visual language develops in our brains before language and grammar. Working directly with them can support a journey of discovery and understanding far deeper than when using only talking. This is why art making can be so powerful in shifting blockages for problem solving and in developing new perspectives and strategies. It is also a very grounding experience, linking together the mind, body and spirit where the gaze isn't between the facilitator and others in the group. Everyone can be focused on the image which invites a deeper way of communicating.

I was feeling a little lost, lack of direction and I wanted to find my spark again....picking up drawing tools I found the answers flowed easily and were easily understood. The visualisation reawakened my confidence in order to take the next step. Just brilliant.
