Groups run by and for women are our psychic turf: our place to discover who we are, or who we could become, as whole independent beings. Somewhere in our lives, each of us needs a free place, a little psychic territory. Do you have yours?
— Gloria Steinem. Outrageous Acts and Everyday Rebellion

You are invited to join us at the first gathering of a monthly women’s circle, to be held every month on or around the new moon. We will meet at 7 pm Thursday 8th November and be in circle until around 8.30 pm. With the centering of this event we will come together and hold space creatively, making ceremony of our new intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. With breath work and light movement we will honour and reconnect with our bodies. With words and silence we will share. With good will and celebration we will support each other in ways only women know how! Free booking is essential due to limited numbers. You can do it here https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/new-moon-group-tickets-52001715531

Our collective intention for this circle is to be part of a process where we can learn how to be ourselves freely, encourage each other to lighten our loads, listen openly, root down, and rise our spirits up. We shall keep the home fires burning of feminine wisdom, compassion and sisterhood.

Fern and Favour have a cosy room on the top floor and can accomodate approx 7 or 8 of us. If you would like to express your interest please get in touch with an email to me at hello@charlottejanekessler.co.uk and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about the group. Otherwise just turn up on the evening! There is tea making facilities which you are invited to use as we gather before 7pm. My sincerest apologies that there is no wheel chair access currently for this event.

The address is:

Fern and Favour, 73 Eastgate, Louth, LN11 9PL Please arrive in time for a 7 pm start. Feel free to arrive a little early and get settled. Once we are in circle together the doors down stairs will be locked.

We will be setting our intentions into a beautiful water carrier, with petals and essential oils. You are invited to bring any of your favourite essential oils (though I will supply a few) and also a small bottle or jam jar so that the infused water can be taken away with you at the end of circle.

A donation box will be in the entrance and you are invited to make a contribution. Suggested donations are between £5 and £10 for each evening.

Warm Wishes

My hopes were very much met during the workshop, I would even go further and say that it exceeded my expectations.

Charlotte is passionate about facilitating creative sacred space and to motivate others to enquire into their lives.

For over a decade she has supported self development, problem solving, building self esteem and wellbeing in its widest spectrum of mind, body and soul; all made accessible through the healing use of art and imagination. Charlotte's belief is that we all have deep and untapped resources that, given the right opportunity can be developed and understood in very direct and practical ways!

The healing power of images and image making

...is rooted in the fact that visual language develops in our brains before language and grammar. Working directly with them can support a journey of discovery and understanding far deeper than when using only talking. This is why art making can be so powerful in shifting blockages for problem solving and in developing new perspectives and strategies. It is also a very grounding experience, linking together the mind, body and spirit where the gaze isn't between the facilitator and others in the group. Everyone can be focused on the image which invites a deeper way of communicating.

I was feeling a little lost, lack of direction and I wanted to find my spark again....picking up drawing tools I found the answers flowed easily and were easily understood. The visualisation reawakened my confidence in order to take the next step. Just brilliant.
